<p>636 Molino Ave is a California Craftsman Bungalow in the Long Beach,
CA Rose Park Historic District. This fine lot of Real Estate of over 80 years is getting
a much needed overhaul & facelift. The house is being completely gutted
& rebuilt giving it all the amenities of a modern home yet retaining all
